FOREIGN POLICY: WHOSE PROBLEM IS IT?

We must ask ourselves grave questions concerning the Presidents inactions concerning the Muslim world and known Terrorists visiting the White House......is this what Foreign Policy has come too?

 

Is this all we can expect from Obama in coming days?

 

Who will he protect next?

 

What enemy of the American dream is waiting for shelter in Washington?

 

 I cannot believe how far we have fallen in the last decade alone, if we the people do not make our stand NOW this great land will go the way of Rome, that is simple fact, and no matter what background your from its painfully obvious that the American economy cannot last much longer. We must begin to reasert our Capitalistic priciples soon or its to late!

The Constitution irregardless of the Washington blame game now, has vested the power to make all foreign policy to the federal government, that means that its in the President and the Senates hands. These are the people who we MUST NOT ONLY BLAME, BUT PUNISH WHEN WE VOTE THIS NOVEMBER!

There is NO EXCUSE for what this administration has and is doing to this great county. We are being blindsided by our own system, printing MORE AND MORE money like its a Monopoly game. Printing more paper WILL NOT SOLVE THIS ISSUE it will create hyperinflation but if we let Capitalism do what it does best our economy will begin to recover.

Obama hates Capitalism because he hates Colonialism in any form! He made it clear in his book in his own words. He makes it clear in every policy he brings forward, every speech he makes stinks of anti American sentiment.

 

 

 

 

The President should take the lead, DID YOU GET THAT? THE LEAD..... in crafting American foreign policy as the nation’s chief diplomat with the constitutional power to make treaties and appoint ambassadors. Instead our Government is filled with cowardice and confusion, our President knows only how to.

Obama shows NO ability as a leader, he leads from BEHIND and has weakened America I believe on purpose so Naturally they care little about fixing it. It was and is the progressive plan to weaken America from within like nothing in the past from without has worked!

 

 

Obama should, however, be checked by the Senate’s power of “Advice and Consent”: The Senate needs to approve any presidential appointments or treaty agreements, it can also amend those treaties. THE PROBLEM IS ARE THEY DOING THEIR JOB TO SAVE OUR REPUBLIC?

 

The propaganda is flying in all directions in Washington thanks to our incompetent media that do every thing but sleep with Obama in the White House. Its actually pitiful to watch their love affair with him since they have sold their collective souls for a socialist against the American dream.

 

I would ask the media one question, IN WHAT SOCILIST COUNTRY HAS THE MEDIA EVER COME OUT ON THE GOOD END OF THINGS? The answer is NO WHERE, they are killed, maimed or otherwise silenced when ever the dictator deems them unuseful.......these are facts even they can't deny.

Did Justice Roberts Pull One Over On The Liberals?

This article is a very interesting take on the recent Suprme Court ruling on Obamacare. Most Conservatives have been downtroden for the last few days on the blogs I've read but rest assured there is renewed hope for real change.

Repeal and replace with BETTER Law?

Is the entire Healthcare Law now invalid BECAUSE of Justice Roberts ruling?

 

I don't know about you but I for one am sick of the Progressive rants from this traidorous administration as they prepare for our demise as a Nation. Yes I said prepare, all of this was preplanned ahead of time with our blessing.

We voted them the right to destroy our country through our lazy habits of voting without knowing the facts at hand, just a LITTLE homework would have prevented this nightmear from happening.

We must begin the repealing of Progressive policies NOW, DON'T ALLOW THEM ANOTHER TERM IN OFFICE THIS IS OUR FINAL CHANCE TO SAVE OUR REPUBLIC.

Did Justice Roberts Pull One Over on the Liberals?

To all my friends, particularly those conservatives who are despondent over the searing betrayal by Chief Justice John Roberts and the pending demise of our beloved country, I offer this perspective to convey some profound hope and evidence of the Almighty’s hand in the affairs of men in relation to the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare.

I initially thought we had cause for despondency when I only heard the results of the decision and not the reason or the make-up of the sides. I have now read a large portion of the decision and I believe that it was precisely the result that Scalia, Alito, Thomas, Roberts and even Kennedy wanted and not a defeat for conservatism or the rule of law.

I believe the conservatives on the court have run circles around the liberals and demonstrated that the libs are patently unqualified to be on the Supreme Court.

 Let me explain.

First let me assure you that John Roberts is a conservative and he is not dumb, mentally unstable, diabolical, a turncoat, a Souter or even just trying to be too nice. He is a genius along with the members of the Court in the dissent. The more of the decision I read the more remarkable it became.

It is not obvious and it requires a passable understanding of Constitutional law but if it is explained anyone can see the beauty of it.The decision was going to be a 5–4 decision no matter what, so the allegation that the decision was a partisan political decision was going to be made by the losing side and their supporters.

 If the bill was struck down completely with Roberts on the other side there would have been a national and media backlash against conservatives and probably strong motivation for Obama supporters to come out and vote in November.

With today’s decision that dynamic is reversed and there is a groundswell of support for Romney and Republicans, even for people who were formerly lukewarm toward Romney before today, additionally Romney raised more than 4 million dollars today.

Next, merely striking the law without the support of Democrats and libs would have left the fight over the commerce clause and the “necessary and proper” clause and the federal government’s role in general festering and heading the wrong way as it has since 1942.

As a result of the decision the libs are saying great things about Roberts; how wise, fair and reasonable he is.

They would never have said that without this decision even after the Arizona immigration decision on Monday. In the future when Roberts rules conservatively it will be harder for the left and the media to complain about the Robert’s Court’s fairness. That’s why he as Chief Justice went to the other side for this decision not Scalia, Alito, Thomas or Kennedy, all of whom I believe would have been willing to do it.

Next let’s look at the decision itself. Thankfully Roberts got to write it as Chief Justice and it is a masterpiece.

(As I write this the libs don’t even know what has happened; they just think Roberts is great and that they won and we are all going to have free, unlimited healthcare services and we are all going to live happily ever after.)

He first emphatically states that Obamacare is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause saying you cannot make people buy stuff. Then he emphatically states that it is unconstitutional under the “necessary and proper” clause which only applies to “enumerated powers” in the US Constitution. Justices Ginsberg, Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan all went along with these statements. They never would have gone along with that sentiment if that was the basis for striking the law in total.

This is huge because this means that the Court ruled 9-0 that Obamacare was unconstitutional under the Commerce clause which was Obama’s whole defense of the bill. They also ruled 9–0 on the “necessary and proper” clause. Even better, both of these rulings were unnecessary to the decision so it is gravy that we got the libs to concede this and it will make it easier to pare away at both theories in the future, which we must do.

Well done.

Roberts, through very tortured reasoning, goes on to find that the taxing law provides the Constitutionality for the law.

Virtually everyone agrees that the Federal government has the power to do this as it does with the mortgage deduction for federal income taxes.

This too is huge because Obama assiduously avoided using the term “tax” and now he has to admit this law is a tax and it is on everyone, even the poor.

That will hurt him hugely in the polls and will help Romney.

More importantly though is the fact that this makes this a budgetary issue that can be voted on in the Senate by a mere majority instead of 60 votes needed to stop a filibuster.

That means that if the Republicans can gain a majority in the Senate, it can vote to repeal Obamacare in total.

Finally the Court voted 7–2 to strike down the punitive rules that take away money from states that do not expand Medicare as required in Obamacare.

This too is huge because we got Kagan and Breyer to join this decision and it can easily be applied to many other cases of extortion the Federal government uses to force states to do things they don’t want to.

 This is also amazing because Obamacare has no severability clause so by striking the Medicaid mandate portion as unconstitutional the whole bill should have been struck.

If that happened none of these other benefits would have been accomplished. I haven’t read far enough to know how he did it but I am sure it is brilliant.

So to recap the Roberts court through a brilliant tactical maneuver has: strengthened the limitations of the commerce clause and the necessary and proper clause by a unanimous decision, made Obama raise taxes on the poor and middle classes, converted Obamacare into a tax program repealable with 51 votes in the Senate, enhanced Romney’s and Republican’s fundraising and likelihood of being elected in November, weakened federal extortion and got the left to love Roberts and sing his praises all without anyone even noticing. Even Obama is now espousing the rule of law just 2 weeks after violating it with his deportation executive order.

That is why I have decided this was a genius decision and that I did in fact get a great birthday present today not to mention U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder being held in contempt. What a day.

Progressivism uses DECEPTIONS - they claim "Free Market" but it violates the core principles and values of the theory; and they also pander to pseudo Marxist ideas....it is a deceptive mix.

 If I wanted to expand this to the entire planet, I would invent Global Warming, Cap & Trade, and carbon credits to reward developing nations for remaining dependent and unproductive at the expense of the successful.

If I wanted America to Fail I'd get Americans to believe that the Government that fails at everything it does could take care of me and my family.

I'd tell America over and over again that they are ENTITLED to get when they give NOTHING BACK. I'd make every American feel guilty for using what they need every day to survive so that in the end they will comply and bow the knee!

 

These are what Progressives are like when they speak their minds at rallies, this is our future America unless we cut out this political cancer by its roots once and for all.......THEY HATE AMERICA! Hypocritical Actions No Matter Who Performs The Deeds Demands Scrutiny

We live in a time like no other in history, a time that even the bible describes as very bad.

5 having a form of piety but denying the power of it: and from these turn away.

If this does not describe Politics today I can't see any more fitting description, probably why Liberals and the right are down playing Biblical ethics so strongly these days, but I digress I'm sure.

The reason I'm blogging this way is because I witnessed first hand the utter hypocrisy of SOME so called Republicans during their Convention here in Cheyenne Wyoming at MY JOB. I'm a cook and work at a resort and herd and saw their blatant disregard for the feelings of those who willingly served them their food, making waitresses cry over their overbearing and demanding tones.

I am married to a great women and good waitress and it made me angry to know that the Party of a platform that is supposed to respect life and opportunity under the Constitution acted like those who served them were NO BETTER than slaves or second class citizens.

I don't know their hearts or the circumstances surrounding these outbursts of fleshly reaction but the point is, most of these people didn't even know that it cost US VOTES to treat VOTERS without respect over stupid issues AT THEIR CONVENTION. They went in to see and hear Dick Cheney Speak totally oblivious to their behavior.

To treat ANY HUMAN BEING regardless of their station to you, with a lack of respect is unacceptable in any venue but to expect those same people to now VOTE Republican with this in the back of their minds is idiotic. Please tell me this is not better than a Democratic commercial against our Candidates preformed by Republicans who claim to want what America needs? I do understand the stupidity of human emotions but on the other hand I also understand that we must not allow our baser selves to overpower our common sense, do we really need to alienate voters or attract them?

The Liberals are getting more help from us than should ever happen, let's act like the platform we stand for 24/7 and DO THE CONSTITUTIONAL IDEALS we talk about in our lives...daily, keep it close, keep it clearly visible. Ware it like a jacket, know it like your life story and believe in it because it works!

Capitalists have failed in convincing the people that its not the ideals of Capitalism that fail but the understanding that OTHERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN WE ARE. Others are to benefit from our lives not JUST US, that is what Communism, Socialism and Radical Faith's do to others not Capitalism, not America! 

CAPITALISM should mean that ALL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SUCCEED HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUCCEED WITH THE HELP AND NURTURE OF THOSE WHO HAVE SUCCEEDED.  Its never been about fairness or a level playing field but the opportunity to get to the place of personal success.

Capitalism IS NOT the promise of Wealth but the PROMISE OF THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SUCCESS. Socialism has a false promise of fair play and level playing fields doesn't exist in any reality its placed in but it does SOUND GOOD. Liberal Progressives ride on a cloud of fluff, smoke and mirrors and MAYBE a little good will mixed in. The problem is in the delivery because it WILL ULTIMATELY destroy YOUR ability to pull Yourself up by YOUR own boot straps like Capitalism WAS DESIGNED TO DO. Socialism casts us into the waiting lap of those who are the greediest among us...the Government!

Government CANNOT FIX what it alone has destroyed, the American dream is in peril from TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT HANDLING NOT TO LITTLE!

We as Representatives of the Republican platform MUST AT ALL TIMES LIVE LIKE IT'S TRUE or what's the point of being a Republican? We expect PROGRESSIVES to be hypocritical, ITS THEIR WAY, but for those who tell us to vote         FOR REAL CHANGE there must be a difference between us and them or why vote at all?

Those who SERVE IN FOOD SERVICE or for that matter any service are not slaves top your beck and call but there to make your rise to the good life easier. We serve so you can enjoy life but that doesn't mean we don't deserve your help to enjoy our lives that's what Tipping {Your appreciation attempt}  is for, we don't earn much per hour contrary to your understanding. Our Waitstaff ONLY makes 2 something an hour and our cooks make less than 12 an hour so whenever we encounter jerks like you it makes out stress level go through the roof

Those who earn the big bucks seem to us to be the cheapest and most overbearing customers, I know not everyone can Tip a lot but we in service seem NEVER to get a lot from anyone with few exceptions. Its not easy to earn money like this, I have two jobs just to make ends meet and I'm still serving those who make triple my pay and demand triple what's fair in return. THAT'S O.K. if the appreciation for our services is forthcoming, but it seldom is!  

Getting 25 to 75 cents for running around like crazy for a moron who could say it all in one sentence at the beginning of their request but chooses to not do so just be a jerk is not going to give us a good experience, and just remember Mr and Ms Republican WE VOTE, and what you do sticks with us in the booth!

This blog is for all those who agree with me about acting like it matters what you stand for, if it doesn't then your that Jerk we all hate to see sit at our tables and DEMAND MORE THAN YOU DESERVE!

GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND WE CAN BEAT OBAMA, PLAY THESE SILLY GAMES AND WE'LL LOSE AGAIN TO ONE OF THE BIGGEST GIFTS EVER GIVEN TO THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. LET'S MAKE SURE THAT HE HAS TO RUN ON HIS RECORD NOT ON OUR RECORD OF BAD BEHAVIOR.
